🧸 Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Have all original tags and labels attached

Be in the same condition you received it
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage.

💰 Refunds
As we operate with Cash on Delivery and Wish Money, refunds will be issued as follows:

If you paid with Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount in the form of Wish Money credit to be used on your next purchase.

If you paid with Wish Money, your balance will be credited back to your Wish Money account.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and approving the returned item.
🚚 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
📌 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., pacifiers, feeding accessories, or items marked as final sale). These will be clearly noted on the product page.
