  • All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and acceptance.

  • Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery or Wish Money.

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Lebanon.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, but we aim to ship all orders within 2–5 working days.

  • Accurate delivery information is your responsibility. We are not liable for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect contact details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Returns are accepted within 3 days under specific conditions. Refunds are issued as Wish Money credit only.
